Private Training Programs
Private Training is a great option for those dog owners who recognize that they need help and have the time to give a little extra to their dog. We will have you come to our training facility in Orem and teach you, the owner, how best to work with your dog to teach them the basics they need to be good, well balanced and well rounded dogs.
Basic Obedience - $600
- For this program we will either come to you or have you come to us to work through everything puppy training or basic obedience related.
- Session 1 we will go over our step by step dog training guide with you. This will teach you about appropriate socialization, crate training, house breaking, name recognition, and how to fix and avoid basic puppy like behaviors like nipping, chewing and jumping up.
- Session 2 we will go over how to teach your dogs the basic cues Sit, Down, Stay, Come and Place.
- Session 3 we will go over how to teach your dog how to walk nicely with a loose leash and work on distance and duration for the basic cues.
- Session 4 we will go over how to add in and work around distractions with the basic cues and answer any questions you may have.
Off Leash Reliability Training Package - $850
- For this program we will come out to you and teach you in and around your home, or have you come to our facility to work on off leash reliability.
- Session 1 we will work on the introduction portion of teaching the dog the tools we will use to achieve off leash reliability.
- Session 2 we will work through the learning phase by teaching the dog how to respond to the remote collar used for off leash reliability.
- Session 3 we will work on long distance recalls in an open area like a park, field or parking lot using a long line.
- Session 4 we will work on teaching your dog to stay close to you while you walk together.
- Session 5 we will work in a safe environment with your dog off leash.
