At Canine Connection we really are your one stop shop for everything dog related. We are extremely proud of our grooming services and our groomers, who have over 15 years of grooming experience. Using evidence-based methods and their extensive knowledge of dog body language, our groomers are able to tell when your dog has had enough and give them a break. This makes the grooming process a lot less stressful for your dog and helps to build a positive association with the grooming process.
If your dog struggles with grooming, try bringing them to us for a grooming training session. In these sessions we will teach your dog that grooming doesn't have to be scary and that the tools we use are not going to hurt them. We also teach them that they are in control of their groom and help them know how to ask for a break. To schedule a training session see our Private Training page.

At Canine Connection, our top priority is the health and safety of your dog. Before you bring your dog to us for their appointment or reservation, please make sure your dog is up to date for their age on their DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations and that we have a copy of those on file.
If you are getting your dog up to date on vaccines before coming in to us, please allow up to 48 hours for the vaccine to get into your dogs system. If your dog is not up to date and/or we do not have records on file we reserve the right to refuse service to you and your dog.
We ask that if your dog has shown any signs or symptoms of any sickness within 24 hours before your appointment/reservation, that you please call and cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please be aware, when doing any service with us, even though we take all the precautions that we can by requiring up to date vaccines, cleaning and sanitizing daily and running air purifiers, there is still a chance that your dog may get sick while at our facility. This is because we cannot control what owners do with their dogs outside of our facility. Most canine infections have long incubation periods of usually 7 to 10 days before symptoms start to show. If a dog has come into contact with an infected dog or their bodily fluids, and then comes into our facility there is a chance that that dog could then pass infections on to other dogs in our facility. The best way to prevent this is to stay away from dog parks, make sure your dog is only interacting with other healthy dogs and get a fecal test done on your dog before coming in for boarding, daycare or training.
